Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, our instructors are here to support and challenge you every step of the way. Modifications are always available, ensuring everyone can unleash their inner strength.

Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength from core on down... all from the comforts of your home & using minimal equipment. This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!
Option to join IN PERSON as well!
All classes are held on Zoom OR in-person.
Equipment used: 8-10lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat
These classes will be recorded. You will have 48 hours to complete workout before it is deleted.

All fitness levels are welcome as low impact options are available.
