As a busy mom myself, I know how exhausting it can be to find the time and energy for fitness, especially when you feel like you’re juggling a million things at once. That’s where my personal training services come in! I’m here to provide you with efficient, effective workouts designed specifically for your busy lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your schedule and helps you regain your strength, boost your energy, and feel confident in your body. No complicated routines or overwhelming expectations—just straightforward, supportive training that empowers you to take control of your health and well-being.
Available packages:
10 sessions, 6, 9 or 12 month contracts
Sessions are in Shred With Shannon studio or can be done virtually. Sessions can also be done at at your home, where an additional $20 per session for time/gas will be applied to your charge.
