Join us for "March into a New Year: Your Second Chance with Shred With Shannon", the perfect challenge designed specifically for busy moms.


Each week, you’ll tackle a new fitness challenge while also completing the previous week’s tasks.

Q: Do I need a gym to do the challenges?

A: No. They can be done ANYWHERE

Q: What equipment do I need for the challenges

A: Dumbbells, a loop band, your body & a mat/soft surface

Q: How long will the challenges take to complete?

A: At a minimum, 30 minutes.


Who is this challenge perfect for?

The beginner challenge is perfect for individuals who have no fitness routine, but want to start one & don't know where to start or have an on again/off again relationship with fitness. This challenge will help you build a sustainable fitness routine from the ground up.

The advanced challenges are perfect for a seasoned fitness enthusiast looking to add some variety and extra challenges to your established workout routine!  Challenges will keep you motivated & pushing your limits!
